Trans on the Labour Market in Romania is a national baseline study implemented at our initiative by a trans team comprising expert Ioana Fotache and 4 associated peer researchers as part of MozaiQ LGBT Associations’ TRANScendent project. The methodology was inspired by TransPulse Canada, and was documented by Roxana Marin during her field research visit to Canada, kindly supported by the Canadian Embassy in Bucharest and Gabriel Zamfir-Enache at the Council of Arts in Canada.
